Definitions
The following definitions shall apply to these terms and conditions: (a) "Company" means Grosvenor Casino Southampton; (b) "Client" means an individual who has agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (c) "Services" mean the provision of gaming, leisure, and entertainment services provided by the Company at its premises.
Acceptance
These terms and conditions shall form part of every contract for Services entered into between the Client and the Company. By agreeing to use the Services, the Client acknowledges that it has read and understood these terms and conditions.
Age and Eligibility
The minimum age requirement for using the Services is 18 years. The Client warrants that it meets this eligibility criterion and undertakes not to permit minors or other ineligible individuals to participate in any Service.
Responsible Gambling
The Company reserves the right to limit, restrict or withhold access to Services if necessary. It may also refuse a particular transaction if it has reasonable grounds for believing that such an action would facilitate money laundering or other unlawful activities.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All intellectual property rights in respect of the Services belong to the Company. The Client acknowledges that any materials provided by the Company, including literature and software, contain confidential information belonging exclusively to the Company.
Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from: (a) fraud; (b) misuse or unauthorized use of its systems or facilities; (c) acts or omissions by third parties; or (d) circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed, all Services will be charged in accordance with the Company's current tariff rates which may vary from time to time without prior notice. The Client undertakes to pay any sums due immediately upon request.
Confidentiality
The Company shall treat as confidential and maintain the confidentiality of all information received by it from or about a Client, except to the extent required for regulatory purposes.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always appear on our website.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose courts will have jurisdiction to settle them.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with any rules or regulations issued for a particular Service, form an entire agreement between the Client and the Company which supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or verbal.
Waiver of Rights
Failure by either party to enforce at any time any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions will not be deemed to constitute a waiver thereof.
Survival Clause
Upon termination for whatever reason, the Company shall have the right, but no obligation, to pursue any remedy available at law or equity for breach of these terms and conditions by a Client.
